Be Prepared for your Consultation Appointment.
The consultation will go much smoother and be more effective if
you come prepared.
DUI & Criminal consultation – Be sure to bring with you all documentation you have received,
including anything you received from the arresting officer (this includes the hearing request forms for the Department of
Licensing) and from the court.
Divorce/Legal Separation consultation - If you have been served, bring all papers you were served
with along with your last 2 years income tax records, both spouses’ most recent pay stubs, any home and real property
purchase and finance documents, and most recent investment and retirement statements.
Be prepared to tell Mr. Dunn all of the facts. If the attorney knows all the facts upfront (even
those embarrassing little facts you think are unimportant), he can advise you as to the best strategy for your case.
Don’t be afraid to ask questions, no one expects you to have all the answers. Please feel free to write
them down and bring the questions into your consultation. Most legal questions are complex and Mr. Dunn can help you
get
a better understanding of your case and your rights.
Free Initial Consultation
Mike Dunn offers a free initial consultation for all new cases.
The fee agreements and minimum fees will be discussed during the initial consultation appointment although no payment is required
on the first appointment.
If you choose to retain Mr. Dunn’s services, a fee agreement will be signed at
the time you pay the quoted minimum fee.
